Tatassist Artist Systems • The Ink Hustler's Toolkit, rebuilt

Stop rebuilding your booking process in DMs every week.

Install a cleaner path from inquiry to paid appointment, then use a ready-to-run booking campaign when your calendar needs attention.

About one minute. Your fit-check answers stay in your browser.

The weekly drag

Great tattooing should not require a handmade admin process every time.

Every inquiry becomes detective work

Missing references, unclear budgets, vague placement, and long reply chains steal time before you know whether the project fits.

The same replies get rewritten

You keep explaining next steps, deposits, boundaries, and availability in slightly different words across DMs and email.

Calendar gaps get handled too late

A cancellation or slow week appears, then the scramble starts without a ready campaign or a clean list of people to contact.

Founding release

One working client path. One complete booking push.

The first release stays focused on the moments that repeatedly cost artists time: collecting the right details, moving a good inquiry forward, holding boundaries, and responding to a calendar gap.

No Procreate brushes. No tattoo-design generator. No giant folder of filler files.

01

Client-flow audit + map

See where inquiries stall, where expectations get muddy, and what should happen from first contact to a paid appointment.

02

Inquiry form field map

A tattoo-specific Google Forms setup that collects the details you actually need before starting a long DM thread.

03

Fit decision guide

A compact way to sort ready, not-yet-ready, and wrong-fit inquiries without making every decision from scratch.

04

Eight modular client messages

Adaptable replies for common moments such as missing details, next steps, deposits, rescheduling, and a respectful no.

05

Three policy decision worksheets

Choose how your own deposit, reschedule, and communication boundaries should work before you turn them into client-facing policies.

06

Two simple trackers

Follow inquiry progress and unwanted calendar gaps without adopting a heavy studio-management platform.

07

Books Open campaign

Six layouts, two short videos, four captions, one email, and three personal DMs built around one focused booking push.

How it works

Built to be installed, not admired in Downloads.

  1. 1

    Check founding fit

Answer six private, browser-only questions. It takes about a minute and does not send your answers anywhere.

  2. 2

    Configure the system

Use the guided worksheets to make the messages, form, and boundaries sound and operate like your business.

  3. 3

    Install one working path

Put the form, replies, tracker, and campaign into the tools you already use, then improve from real client activity.

What it is

A reusable client-flow system with fresh reasons to put it to work.

  • Editable building blocks you can fit to your voice and shop rules
  • A complete monthly campaign focused on one practical booking outcome
  • A monthly shop-floor session and replay for implementation questions
  • Simple formats that work beside the tools you already use

What it is not

Software, legal advice, or a promise that your books will fill themselves.

  • Not a replacement for your calendar, inbox, or booking platform
  • Not contracts, consent forms, medical guidance, or legal advice
  • Not an income, lead, or appointment guarantee
  • Not dependent on the Tatassist calculator

Founding access

Help shape the version working artists actually need.

The first cohort is intentionally small. Founders receive the complete September release and give focused feedback on what installs cleanly, what needs clarification, and what should come next.

Refundable reservation

$19

Founding membership

$19/month

Your reservation pays for September access if you activate the founding membership. Cancel before the next charge whenever you choose. Review the complete reservation, refund, and membership terms before paying.

Questions before you check fit

Straight answers about the first release.

Is this another booking app?

No. Artist Systems is a guided set of client-flow tools and monthly campaign material. It is designed to work beside your current email, DMs, Google Forms, calendar, or booking software.

Does it include contracts or legal forms?

No. The policy worksheets help you make business decisions and prepare clearer language, but they are not legal advice or jurisdiction-specific legal documents.

Do I need Canva, Notion, or the Tatassist calculator?

No. The core system works without the calculator and does not require Notion. Campaign files will include practical formats and clear instructions for the tools they use.

Will it guarantee bookings?

No. Your market, portfolio, availability, reputation, pricing, and follow-through all affect results. Artist Systems gives you a clearer process and a campaign to run; it cannot promise appointments or income.

What does the founding reservation pay for?

The refundable $19 reservation covers September access. Founders then choose whether to activate the private $19/month membership. The first recurring charge is expected one month after activation.

Who can join the founding release?

The first release is limited to working, U.S.-based tattoo artists who actively manage their own inquiries and have enough current demand or a known calendar gap to test the system.
