Access
First check the Gumroad receipt and library tied to the email used at checkout. If access is still missing, send us that email address and the product name—never your card number.
Refunds
Founding reservations are refundable before delivery. The founding release and monthly public beta include a 14-day satisfaction window, subject to the terms shown for the offer.
The $19 Founding 15 reservation and the private $19 monthly membership are separate Gumroad records. The reservation covers the founder's first month after membership activation; the membership then renews monthly until cancelled. Because the records are separate, cancelling one does not automatically refund or cancel the other.
If you want to leave during an eligible refund window, email us so we can check both the reservation and subscription. To prevent a future recurring charge, also cancel the membership through Gumroad before the charge date shown in your account.
Unless a refund ends access sooner, you keep member-library access through the end of the period already paid for. Updated library access, future drops, live sessions, and replays end when that period closes. Files legitimately downloaded while active may still be used by the purchasing artist under the individual license; they may not be shared or resold.
Do not email payment-card details, government ID, tattoo-client health information, signatures, or completed consent records. We do not need those details to investigate a Tatassist purchase.

Tatassist support is for our products and artist-business resources. It is not a channel for client consent files, medical details, identification, legal advice, or emergency help.
